We use the democratic process at the international level. Since international players have to be voted on we will teach the teams how to become a voted captain by holding daily votes on the captain. Each player will always have the same starting line and the same finish line to inspire their competitive learning. There are no trophies for 2nd place and it may not feel like fair treatment but it is the democratic process. Majority rules and we take our orders from those of us who are above us on the hierarchy of command.

Each player and or parent attending the camp will be required to have travel insurance with emergency medical evacuation coverage.

There is a daily check-in hour scheduled at 8:00 pm BZE time (Central Time) each day.

Parents will have access to view our matches live, and on replay.

The Band app will allow the coaches, players and parents to communicate with each other individually and receive group messages.

Players who connect their phones to the wi-fi will have text messaging.

The emergency communication will happen immediately and transfer from the squad to the team to the director to the federation secretary. The secretary will confirm the orders and make the necessary decisions to communicate with local emergency personnel. The band app will be set up for all private internal one to one and group communication.

Our security plan has been sanctioned and can be accessed through our secure document review process but to summarize, no player can move alone unless it's to the bathroom in their room or on their floor. There will be 24/7 security personnel on a rotating schedule. Known security guards placed strategically at airports to prevent misinformation and a guard at the gate at all times.

ECNL was designed to be the highest level of competitive soccer in the united states and so the only way to go out and seek a even higher level of competitive soccer is to travel overseas to England, Germany, or Spain. European academies require a longer time commitment and far more money to be able to participate. With this short two week immersion ECNL players will be exposed to FIFA resident coaches and the CONCACAF (the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football.) The Belizean Immersion is the easiest and best way to get international football experience at a high level for boys ages 14 to 16.

Of course. Feel free to join us however it works into your schedule. We're flexible and there is an a parents agenda where you can choose to participate or not. Your child's location will always be known to you and you will always be able to contact them in the case of an emergency.
